Our roofing process consists of the following steps.

1) Inspect the roof prior to the construction process. Our pre inspection is to identify any problem areas.   

2) Strip the roof down to bare plywood. 

3) Repair any rotten plywood. Groom the roof for preparation of under-lament 

4) Apply Ice and water shield to susceptible areas.  Grace premium Ice and water shield.

5) Install 30 pound roofers felt paper. We use 30 pound because it's more durable.

6) Install new roofing vents, and apply flashing. ( All of our flashings are bent on the job site to fit each individual application.)  WE USE THICKER METAL AND CALK IN OUR CHIMNEY FLASHING.  

7) Lay the first starter strips.  (These strips help secure the shingles from high winds. ) Cut out shingle patterns  Note we cut shingles to manufactures specs. 

8) Now were ready to start shingling. Work our courses from left to right, all the way up to the ridge of roof.

9) Cap off our peaks and ridge vents, clean up and your job is done..
