Saugerties Chamber Meeting
The Saugerties Chamber meetings take place the last Wednesday of each month, with the exceptions of November and December, when they are held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. The location of this Chamber meeting is Black Walnut Farm, 1032 Kings Highway. It promises to be a fun and informative mixer. Light refreshments and snacks are typically available. For more information about the Saugerties Chamber of Commerce, please visit their website or Facebook page. Chamber meetings are open to the public and they hope to see you there.

All sewers and crafters welcome. We will meet 2x a month, on the first and third Thursday of the month. Totally Free. Just a group of ladies who like to sew. Bring your machine, materials, rulers, cutters etc. We will supply iron, ironing board, and cutting mats. Any skill level welcome; we have people that can help you. Saugerties Farmers Market
115 Main Street, Saugerties, NY (Cahill School parking lot) Saturdays May 23 - October 24 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. The Saugerties Farmers Market Committee invites you to the Saugerties Farmers Market on Saturday, May 23, in the Cahill School parking lot at 115 Main Street, Saugerties. The market opens at 10AM and closes at 2PM. In the course of our May-to-October market, you'll have locally grown farm produce to chooses from, including a wide variety of vegetables from arugula to zucchini, luscious orchard fruits and berries, artisan bread and baked goods (including gluten free), fresh laid eggs, delicious honey, maple syrup, jams and sauces, tasty regional cheeses, pastured meat and poultry, specialty mushrooms, fresh herbs, prepared foods, field-grown flowers, plants, and starts. Products change seasonally and are as fresh as can be. Take home freshly harvested food grown, picked, and brought to market by local farmers. Meet your neighbors and make new friends for lunch at the café tables under market umbrellas in the center of the marketplace or under the trees. Weekly live music and Kids Art Corner. The annual Saugerties 4th of July Parade marches through Main Street. Sponsored by the Saugerties Fire Department. Come celebrate America's 250th birthday!
Saugerties 4th of July Parade
The parade is organized and run by the Saugerties Fire Department, and is always a fun and highly popular Saugerties tradition. And each year, generous donors always step up, so that young and old can take in an awesome fireworks display, at the end of what is always an exciting and tiring day. The tradition is that the parade lines up at 10 a.m. and the parade steps off at 11 a.m. sharp. There is a Saugerties Stallions game that will take place on July 4th. America's 250th Birthday Cake Celebration
The Kiwanis Club of Saugerties and The Meltaway Bakery present a free community celebration of America's 250th birthday! Enjoy a three-tiered patriotic cake and sheet cakes serving 1,300 people, plus a community sing-along of "Happy Birthday USA." Hosted by Kiwanis Club President Peg Nau and The Meltaway Bakery owner Drew Pineiro, this family-friendly event takes place at the Main Pavilion at Cantine Field. Free and open to all.

A Monthly Multi-disciplinary Arts Series by Joanne Pagano Weber and Bruce Weber Place: 9W Diner, 3 Simmons Plaza May 7 special guests: Storyteller/performer Zelda, a.k.a. Judith Z.
