By submitting content to the Site (including business listings, events, reviews, classifieds, or other posts), you grant Saugerties.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Site.

We reserve the right to remove or decline any content at our discretion, including content that is offensive, inaccurate, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.
Business owners may claim and manage their listings on Saugerties.com. By claiming a listing, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of that business. We reserve the right to revoke listings that contain false or misleading information.
Paid listing tiers and featured placements are subject to separate subscription terms and pricing as presented at checkout.
Registered users may submit community events for consideration. All event submissions are subject to admin review and approval before appearing publicly on the Site. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any event at our discretion.

All content, design, logos, and code on Saugerties.com (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of Saugerties.com and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Clicking third-party links is at your own risk.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
